Terms and Conditions Agreement:

• Coaching sessions are either 30 min or 60 min timeframes and billed during scheduling of the session.
• Agency services are billed monthly and services begin after the first payment is made. 
• Coaching sessions are currently made with one customer at a time for a predefined life area focus and require customers to fill out the questionnaire regarding that life area.
• Any recommendations made during the coaching session is intended to only be a suggestion and resource for the customer. It is the customers responsibility to decide if any recommendations made are right for implementation in the customer's life. 
• The recommendations coaching customers receive are individualized to the life area of focus and concerns and/or life goals the customer discusses with the coach.
• Life results or changes that may occur directly or indirectly related to anything discussed in coaching sessions remains the responsibility of the customer.
• Respectful speech and behavior must be maintained during any service being rendered. Any language that is vulgar, swearing, hateful or bullying in nature is strictly prohibited.
• We retain the right to cancel future coaching session and/or terminate one in progress if the terms and conditions are violated. In this event the customer is responsible for timely payment of any session that was already in progress. 
• Cancelation of any service must be completed by contacting us via email at support@globalproductioncinema.com prior to service being rendered. Coaching clients must contact us a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled coaching session and agency clients must cancel prior to the beginning of the next term.
